ABOUT ME

I am a registered psychologist with a Masters of Clinical Psychology from the Australian Catholic University.

I have experience in providing psychological assessment and intervention to children, adults, and older adults with mental health difficulties in residential care, community, and tertiary mental health settings. I have worked therapeutically with clients with a range of mental health difficulties including: depression, anxiety, trauma, and personality disorders, as well as with individuals experiencing physical health difficulties, and neurocognitive disorders.

I also have a special interest in supporting the mental health and wellbeing of older adults, and currently work within a diverse team of researchers on front-line international research in Healthy Ageing, Dementia, Alzheimer’s and Huntington’s disease.

My therapeutic style is client-focused, collaborative, and empathic. I aim to create an environment where my clients feel supported, and seek to provide the highest quality of care and achieve best possible outcomes for all of my clients using individually-tailored treatment approaches underpinned by evidence-based practice.
