ABOUT ME

I am passionate about people, understanding and gaining insight into their experiences that prevent their engagement in a meaningful life. I work with a broad range of presentations, including but not limited to personality disorders, complex trauma, bipolar affective disorder, anxiety, depression, chronic illnesses, addictions, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, and schizophrenia.

I draw experience from having worked with people across the lifespan and from diverse cultural backgrounds. I particularly enjoy working with young children, adolescents, and adults. My psychodynamic approach, as well as other therapeutic approaches that are tailor-suited to your needs, informs my practice, and enables clients to develop skills and gain self-understanding that will enhance their relationship with themselves, others, and the world.
