ABOUT ME

I have experience working with adolescents and adults in the private sector (regional and metropolitan), with a Master of Professional Psychology from La Trobe University.

I have formal training in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) skills training. My primary focus and interest is in supporting those with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship issues, anger management, ADHD and personality disorders.

When I’m not at the clinic, I enjoy photography, cycling and spending quality time with my wife and children (which they mostly enjoy, too).

HOW WILL I HELP YOU

I aim to provide a safe and nurturing environment, where you can feel empowered to create and meet your own therapeutic goals, at your own pace. Above all else, I want you to feel listened to, accepted and understood.

I believe that everyone deserves better mental health and I will try to give you the tools to think and feel better about your experiences. One of my primary aims is to help you become your own therapist, so that you’re able to manage and cope with your distress as it arises in everyday life.
