About Me

I have worked with people of all ages in community mental health and the public hospital system. My private practice currently focuses on adults. I am particularly interested in helping individuals explore their inner life to build a strong sense of self and compassionate self-view.

In addition to my psychological training, I have a Master’s degree in Biology. This has fed my interest in neurobiology and understanding of brain processes which impact mental health
