At The Practice, we cater for all our clients' needs. In addition, we run groups for those clients who prefer group therapy or who use group therapy as an adjunct to their individual therapy. We facilitate assertiveness groups, mindfulness groups, chronic pain management groups, parenting groups (children and adolescents), groups to support carers, and CBT and ACT groups for anxiety and depression. Our groups run on a 'needs' basis. Please enquire if you have any questions or if you would like to join an upcoming group.
