For Groups

We develop and run groups in line with the needs of our clients. We facilitate groups that focus on assertive communication skills, mindfulness, chronic pain management, and positive parenting (children and adolescents). We also run Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) groups for anxiety and depression.
