ABOUT ME 

I am a Provisional Psychologist undertaking my final semester of the Master of Clinical Psychology at RMIT University. I have experience in working with adolescents, young adults and older adults from various cultural and linguistic backgrounds, in a variety of mental health settings, including university clinics, outpatient and private settings. My clinical experience has focussed on anxiety and depression, interpersonal difficulties, procrastination, personality disorders, self-esteem, stress, and sleep issues. I also have a special interest in working alongside older adolescents and young adults during such a unique and challenging time in their lives.

My therapeutic style is warm, compassionate, and non-judgemental. I strive to create a safe and inclusive space in which my clients feel supported and empowered by their unique strengths and experiences. My therapeutic approach is person-centred and supported by evidence-based therapies, tailored to best support each individual client.
